I had a thought;

music is siuted to moods, and is selected according to what you want to listen to at that moment. so a song or band that i love could easily not be what i want to hear. so i thought, that as well as a place for story telling, this blog could be a place where poeple see another side of the songs they know and listen to. So even though the song's meaning won't change, it can be listened to in a different way or in a different situation.

ive just started up this blog, and am excited about it.
i aim to get a group of song writters together from all areas of music, and give them the oppourtunity to talk about and play acousticly songs that have hidden or interesting stories behind them, and give the viewers a deeper or new insight into the songs. The performers will be open to reviews and constructive critisism. I'm also inviting any viewers to post links to, and stories about their own songs. This page will be a good space for people to interact with other song writters as well as a place where you can have your music heard by people who understand and appreciate music in the same way you do!!
